Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to local businesses and residential customers within the Kansas City metro area.
- Ensure packages and orders are handled with care, placed in designated areas, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating effectively with clients.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage delivery paperwork and digital logging systems accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for delivery work (or access to company vehicle).
- Access to a smartphone with a data plan for navigation and communication.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic English proficiency for reading maps and communicating with customers.
