Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, and e-commerce packages to customers across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and optimize routes using GPS navigation systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions and handle order inquiries
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and mechanical performance
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery standards
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges in real-time
- Support warehouse operations when not on delivery routes (loading/unloading inventory)
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery technology
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight delivery windows
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company-provided vehicle
