Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and goods to designated locations within Cleveland metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with recipients
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland streets and surrounding areas
- Proficient in GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
