Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and delivery route optimization
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles for operational safety
- Communicate delivery status and delays via company systems
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and navigation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
