Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles to deliver time-sensitive freight
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology while adhering to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time route adjustments
- Handle hazardous materials endorsements when required
- Maintain clean driving record and safety compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with Oregon roadways and weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English
