Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks or semi-trailers) for weekend deliveries
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Verify shipment documentation and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and equipment
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth metro area and Texas highways
- DOT medical certification and physical ability to perform duties
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
