Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight on local/regional routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch/clients
- Load/unload shipments with proper material handling equipment
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting
