Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight and goods across Oahu
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips to ensure safety standards
- Coordinate with dispatchers to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Handle loading/unloading procedures with proper equipment handling
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and Hawaii state transport laws
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Knowledge of Honolulu traffic patterns and delivery zones
- Physical ability to handle freight up to 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
