Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class B dump trucks for construction/demolition debris transport
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Perform minor maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with Kansas City traffic laws
- Support emergency response operations during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years' commercial dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong spatial awareness and navigation skills
