Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy machinery for material transport
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload materials at construction sites, quarries, and landfills
- Navigate complex job sites and local roadways efficiently
- Complete delivery documentation and coordinate with dispatch team
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Knowledge of Texas DOT regulations and safety standards
- Strong spatial awareness and site navigation skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must possess basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
