Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials (dirt, gravel, asphalt) to job sites
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs to fleet manager
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each load
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Perform minor troubleshooting during field operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical exam
- Familiarity with San Antonio metro area and surrounding counties
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and load securement
