Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Louisville Metro
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via mobile app
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to meet strict delivery time windows
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Local Louisville area knowledge required
