Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or medical supplies to designated locations within El Paso county
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for real-time route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and problem-solving skills
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to operate company-provided vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of El Paso streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns
- Must pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Excellent time management and route planning abilities
