Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Columbus metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure on-time delivery while adhering to traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Load/unload packages securely and verify order accuracy before departure
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and navigate stairs/uneven terrain
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
