Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or retail goods to customers within designated San Diego routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as required
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to one (company vehicle options available)
