Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers within the San Antonio area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety policies to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle, including loading, unloading, and organization of cargo.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Accurately log delivery statuses, times, and obtain digital signatures via handheld devices.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts to report any maintenance needs.
- Follow specific routes and time schedules to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and digital delivery software.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle suitable for local delivery (if applicable for non-company vehicle roles).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
