Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in Ohio.
- Verify package contents and ensure accurate, timely delivery to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to delivery protocols and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and digital paperwork using mobile applications.
- Handle package handling with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Uphold strict safety standards and traffic laws at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid state-issued Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology for route navigation and logging.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
