Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food items to customers within designated timeframes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to one (company vehicles available for some routes)
- Smartphone with GPS capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
