Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicle and perform basic safety checks
- Utilize GPS navigation to optimize delivery routes and minimize travel time
- Provide exceptional customer service during package drop-offs and address inquiries
- Accurately track and document deliveries using our mobile app system
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and reroute when needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) 8am-6pm
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to and from Virginia Beach depot
