Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage inventory and ensure secure handling of high-value items
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments at the distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate delivery equipment
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
