Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing of freight.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintenance logs (DVIR).
- Verify delivery receipts and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELD).
