Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across San Francisco
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation to ensure on-time deliveries
- Load/unload packages with care to prevent damage
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
