Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to meet delivery deadlines efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Collaborate with dispatch team to communicate delivery status and delays
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
