Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in the Long Beach area.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring items are secure and accounted for.
- Verify and collect signatures for all deliveries to ensure accurate chain of custody.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Log daily delivery activities accurately using mobile devices.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
