Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses across Houston.
- Obtain and verify signatures for all deliveries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift and report any maintenance needs.
- Handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation, route planning, and electronic proof of delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
