Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and freight to designated addresses in a timely manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling packages with care and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Manage delivery paperwork, including signatures and inventory logs accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and fueled.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or standard driver's license (depending on cargo).
- A clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and change making.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone access for navigation and communication.
