Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the designated zone.
- Collect payment or proof of delivery (POD) from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues on the spot when possible.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan for app access.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to punctuality.
