Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout New York City efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and communicating professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, delivery protocols, and company safety guidelines strictly.
- Accurately log delivery times, statuses, and any exceptions using the mobile application.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Resolve delivery issues on the spot to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class D or equivalent).
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with smartphones for navigation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the local depot.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
