Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Obey all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Load and unload merchandise carefully to ensure safe handling.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof of delivery documentation.
- Resolve any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a smartphone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
