Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated addresses.
- Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and within the agreed-upon timeframes.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and handle complaints with a smile.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork, including signatures and mileage.
- Load and unload cargo safely, adhering to weight and balance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and route planning.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
