Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure all items are in good condition.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Collect payments or obtain electronic signatures upon delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays or route changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and mobile apps.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable vehicle suitable for delivery work.
