Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, food, and goods to customers within designated routes
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures for all shipments
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any discrepancies or issues to the dispatch team
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional interactions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Adhere to traffic laws and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize and prioritize daily delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco streets and surrounding Bay Area
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse
