Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Efficiently navigate Sacramento metro area using GPS technology
- Load/unload packages with care and verify delivery accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain delivery logs and documentation with precision
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate delivery status in real-time via mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean MVR
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
