Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Minneapolis metro
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Minneapolis area
- Smartphone proficiency for route tracking and communication
- Reliable transportation to depot for start times
- Pass background check and drug screening
