Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Load and unload packages, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Use handheld devices to track routes and update delivery status in real-time.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills with experience using GPS systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries.
