Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Utilize the company mobile application to navigate routes, confirm deliveries, and manage documentation.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any special delivery instructions.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
