Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to customers across Charlotte and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon request
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management when needed
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to transportation for commuting to our Charlotte hub
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Strong time-management skills with punctual delivery record
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
