Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial destinations across California
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries professionally
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory management when needed
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of California roadways and GPS navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for route tracking
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
