Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and other items to customers within designated territories
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery-related concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Assist with loading/unloading of delivery vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Must be at least 21 years old with reliable personal vehicle or company vehicle provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
