- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile app
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize fuel efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to handle special delivery requests and route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs safely
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Excellent customer service demeanor and professional communication skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery tracking applications
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot for shift start times
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
