Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles to transport freight safely and efficiently to designated delivery points.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with DOT and company safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, verifying delivery manifests and ensuring all items are handled with care.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging devices (ELD) and all necessary paperwork in compliance with legal standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries, representing our brand professionally.
- Adhere to strict time schedules to meet delivery windows and optimize route efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no recent major violations.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial truck.
- Current Medical Card and DOT physical examination available for review.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties associated with freight handling.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety protocols, and map reading.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts and weekends based on business needs.
