Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential/commercial addresses throughout El Paso
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer records via mobile app
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures using proper lifting techniques
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean MVR (no DUIs in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and reporting
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred for El Paso market
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
