Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations throughout Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures for all shipments
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily performance targets
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management when required
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or commercial delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and operate delivery equipment safely
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from designated depot locations
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
