Responsibilities
- Safe Deliveries: Transport goods to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Vehicle Care: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients courteously and handle payments or signatures as required.
- Route Management: Follow assigned routes efficiently to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
- Loading & Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling of packages.
- Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Driver's License: Valid Class C Driver's License (CDL not required for entry-level).
- Driving Record: Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to use a handheld device.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
