Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
- Accurately log deliveries and updates directly through the mobile application.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift to ensure it is road-ready.
- Collect payments or proof of delivery signatures when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and delivery tracking apps.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of the local geography in El Paso, TX.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
