Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate, signed, and placed in the correct location.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delays or issues.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage time efficiently to maximize delivery volume and customer satisfaction.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log mileage accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Access to a smartphone for navigation and communication.
