Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Columbus
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to communicate delivery status and address any operational challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles up to 26,000 GVWR
- Strong knowledge of Columbus metro area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology and delivery apps
