Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on long-haul routes spanning 11 Western states
- Adhere strictly to HOS regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Handle secure freight documentation and verify shipment integrity
- Represent Pacific Fleet Logistics with professional conduct at all client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging systems (e.g., Omnitracs, Samsara)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb equipment safely
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Flexibility for extended overnight trips (7-14 days)
