Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, documents, and time-sensitive materials across Phoenix metro area
- Optimize daily delivery routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain signatures, and provide proof of delivery documentation
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance issues promptly
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and update delivery statuses
- Adhere to all traffic regulations, company policies, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time-management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to/from our Phoenix depot
