Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and documents across Houston metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain recipient signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app and phone
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Houston metro area roadways
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic tech
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
